We've kept our fave smoothie combo super easy to whip up in a couple of minutes. If you've got kids, you'll know the after school slump hits hard - or even at work it's 3pm and you hit the wall!
Ingredients:
1 cup of milk (we chose plant based chocolate oat)
1-2 Tbsp Smooth peanut butter
1 banana
A few ice cubes
Method:
Place it all in your smoothie maker or blender, give it a whizz.
Pour into a glass and serve.
Serves 1 - 2 kids. Double the smoothie recipe to feed more!
To make it an even more nutritious after-school snack, add a snack platter with a selection of crackers and fresh vege sticks with some extra peanut butter to dip.
